7-Day Replacement Policy

To maintain the exclusivity of our collections and prevent inventory abuse, AXYE operates strictly under a 7-Day Product Replacement Policy. We support size exchanges and defect replacements within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ 7-Day Replacement Only — No Refund Policy

All order sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or store credit returns. In the event of receiving a defective item or requiring a different size, we will process a direct product replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

—Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
—Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original state.
—All original tags, security seals, and luxury packaging must be intact.
—Jewellery and watches must show no signs of scratches or strap adjustments.
—Personalised, custom-commissioned, or engraved items are ineligible for replacement.

How to Request a Replacement

01Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email (Axyestore.in@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery.
02Provide your Order ID, clear photos of the packaging, and detail the defect or size mismatch.
03Once approved by our audit desk, package the item securely in its original box.
04Hand over the package to our authorized pickup courier partner.
05Upon quality inspection, your replacement SKU will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Exchange & Sizing Terms

Exchanges are subject to live stock availability. If your required replacement size or variant is out of stock, our team will assist you in selecting an alternative item of equal value from our permanent catalog.
